PRIVATE LAW TUTOR APPS
I provide law tuition to law students. I am an independent law tutor based in Ealing Broadway in London. I am a barrister and was called to the bar in 2007. I have been a lecturer at Westminster University, where I taught five different subjects in law. I now tutor private students, make apps for the study of law and run a law clinic. The App’s that we have written so far are available on Google Play, Amazon and Apple Store. The App’s are available in the following subjects: Contract Law Tutor, Tort Law Tutor, EU Law Tutor, Equity and Trusts Tutor and Criminal Law Tutor.
My App’s provide you with basic information as a basis for you to form your own critical opinions on this area of law. Once you have mastered the basics, you will be inspired to answer mock client advisory scenarios. Again, for your convenience, we have provided you with examples of how to answer such questions effectively to help you get the best possible marks.
The App’s are a fully-fledged source of basic information, which tries to give you the student a comprehensive understanding for your modules. However, it is recommended that you compliment it with the further reading, as well as read the cases themselves. The Apps provided an analysis of the basic principles, case summaries, flash cards and questions and answers.
The aim of these Apps are to provide an introduction to anyone studying or interested in studying Law. To provide a framework to consider subjects in law within the context of examinations. Provide a detailed learning resource in order for legal written examination skills to be developed. Facilitate the development of written skills. Promote the practice of problem solving skills.
Through these Apps, students will be able to demonstrate the ability to: critically assess challenging mock factual scenarios; present a reasoned argument and make a judgment on competing viewpoints; make use of technical legalistic vocabulary in the appropriate manner; and help students become responsible for their learning process and work in an adaptable and flexible way.
